2nd Level Lipizzaner Mare for 1/2 or 3/4 Lease
Sane mare with show experience in FL, NH & ME. A great confidence builder and a teacher. She is fun to ride for an experienced rider as well. She has a VERY Sweet disposition and is such a love. Owner works has a busy schedule and full-time and needs a consistent person to ride and visit her and help with her expenses. Her current lessee is in the process of purchasing a horse, so now I am looking for a new lessee. She is available to lease now. She is being worked regularly, so she's in good shape. She is a real gem of a horse. Feel free to ask any questions.
1/2 lease: $215/mo.
3/4 lease: $323/mo
In addition, to the board the lessee must contribute to hoof trimming every month (wear & tear):
1/2 lease: $18
3/4 lease: $27
In total board + expenses:
1/2 lease: $233.00/mo
3/4 lease: $350.00/mo.
