Horse for Lease / Work for Riding Time

Two options available at friendly low key but professional show barn:
1. Very fancy mare for lease - 5 yr OTTB, jumping 3' courses, has jumped 3'6" with ease. Gorgeous mover, awesome jumper, has basics just needs experience and polishing. Needs an experienced, confidentm, soft (but is not afraid to reprimand when needed)rider. Very quiet but can be a little goofy on the ground. Very fun mare...quirky and lots of personality. Is also for sale so will entertain a lease to buy. Flexible on lease arrangements. For the right rider, may also be willing to help out with showing expenses.
2. Looking for someone to help out at barn - stalls, water buckets/troughs, feed, turnout, etc - in exchange for riding time. Must be experienced and confident. Have too many greenies to work so looking for someone to help out. All very good horses and a lot of fun...just young and inexperienced. All jumping at lease 2'6" courses.
