looking to lease

I am looking for an offsite lease for the summer. The horse would be for my sister to learn on and to get the "horse owning experience" to see if this is something she wants to do permanently. I want to lease something pretty quiet, offsite is a must. I have a new 2 stall barn, 13 years horse experience, and am a junior Equine Studies student at Delaware Valley College. Looking to spend no more than $300 on the lease, then we will cover all other expenses. The horse would have a great home with lots of love and attention.
