Barn work wanted (Work for pay or RENT!!)

I'm seeking more barn work! I already work weekends at another farm but would be available Monday thru Friday all day for the right situation. I have 10+ years experience working in the barn and around horses. Would really love to find barn work. Feeding, cleaning stalls, turnout, grooming, lunging, light schooling, etc. I have a year of experience teaching children and adults the very basics (up-down lessons).
If the job was paid I need it to be within 20-25 minutes of Mullica Hill (Gloucester County) and would require a minimum of 25 hours a week (would love more if you have it!!)
If its possible to work for RENT something within 20-25 minutes of Erial, NJ (Camden County) would be best. Part time work doing feedings, turnout, stall cleaning, pm checks, etc. Couple hours a day as I'd be holding a part time job as well. The apartment would be for myself and boyfriend. Clean, no drugs, no smoking, no pets, no horses of my own right now. Boyfriend works full time most of the year.
