This is such a great site and should not be tarnished with negative comments. Not saying that anyone's personal experience in not valid. If it is valid, that person should seek compensation legally, not show their 'cards' and do whatever necessary to protect their horses and themselves. By putting negative comments on a public board is only decreasing that person's credibility. If the situation warrants legal help, once that legal help is initiated, it can be made public for public awareness. People posting negative comments can open themselves up for liability on many levels. The comments can be construed as harassment, deflamation....the recipient of these comments can pursue their rights legally especially if they can prove these comments caused them monitary losses...ie., losing customers, etc..
If someone is 'wronged', protect yourselves thru the Courts, dot your "i's" and cross your "t's", be methodical & calculated and do what is right.
It is sad if any horse or owner has to suffer at the hands of someone.
Good Luck. |
