Jumper for Half lease

Really nice 16H A circut TB jumper gelding for lease in the northern NJ. Passiac county area. He needs atleast an intermidate rider, he gets a little excited at times..esp. when jumping and will take advantage of a nervous rider. He has great ground manners is easy to work around, and is super comfortable, really well schooled. Does flying changes, half pass, counter canter, extended trot. Has won many ribbons all over, from HITS to Lake Placid, has jumped up to 4 feet. I'm lowering my price and asking 250$ a month for three times a week as i could really use a lease because of finically problems and would hate to have to sell him.
