Leasing a 4 stall barn?

Does anyone know about leasing out a whole barn? I am considering leasing a 4 stall barn with 2 paddocks but am concerned about the feeding and turnout schedule for the rest of my guys. Does anyone have experience with this? I would like to charge a set fee for the lease and have the lessee do the work themselves. Any ideas? Thanks
