I'm sure most places will board mini's, you prob just have to pay a horse size boarding price for him. I have 2 horses and a mini. The first barn I was at gave me a 25% discount since he was in a Makeshift stall instead of taking up a full size horse stall, a place I looked at moving to was going to charge me 1/2 price to board him if I shared a stall with another mini they already had, and now he's at a self care place with my other 2, I pay the same boarding fee for him as if he's a normal size horse, but I split his stall in 2 parts and use the blank half for storing the cart, hay, and bedding so it works out pretty fair.
