Things like this are hard when it's a family member. When I boarded w/family memebers they used my stuff w/o asking. I paid good money for my things for me, not for everyone else. Even boarders constantly asked to use my things. Instead of saying something it got to the point where I just blew up. Don't let it go that far. Yes she is your sister but that is YOUR horse. The fact that she rides him more then you & you are bothered by it, it needs to stop. If you want her to still ride him, perhaps you should tell her that she can only ride certain days but that she has to help w/his upkeep. Let her suck up to the others b/c sooner or later they will get tired of it. I know you don't want to hurt her feelings but in reality it is your horse and you bought him for YOU to enjoy. When I first bought my horse I had a family member act like it was theirs and tried to take over & I had resentment for a long time & it caused more problems then it was worth. Don't let that happen to you two. Stop it before it goes too far. Good Luck.
