Hi! Perhaps you could explain to her that there are a lot of expenses in taking care of your horse and that if she wants to continue to ride him, she will need to pay a designated amount weekly, monthly, or whatever you decide.

OR, you may want to simply tell her that the expenses are becoming too much and you are going to look for someone to lease him to help cover it. If she REALLY enjoys riding him, she will put out the money before you have a chance to lease him to someone else.
