You are very lucky to have this oppurtunity to keep your horese home. You said you have been involved with horses your whole life so you understand their needs are 24/7. Just remember horses tend to get sick, break a fence etc... at the most inconveint time and is your life flexible enough for that? Is your husband truely supportive of this and does he understand how much work they are? I love having my horses home but I waited until my kids were in middle school; more independent and could be left allow for periods of time. I did not want to be working in the barn and all stress out about what my kids were doing or feeling rushed on a daily basis.
