I have one that does that also- and the mats are too slippery, I put a layer of grit ontop of the clay and load the stall up with shavings about six inches- once its warm out i dont bring her in-they are better off outside so they can lunge getting up- they can't do it in the stall without hitting the wall so they have alot more trouble getting up. They do much better outside if its possible.
