I'm looking for a horse to ride

I have done a lot of hard thinking & in her best interest, I have decided to permanently retire my 27 year old mare. Right now too many circumstances prevent me from getting a second horse. My time is also limited so to lease would be a waste of my money. I am looking to ride either one day on the weekend but it would might only be every other weekend depending on my schedule. I ride western & would like to be able to use my own saddle. I just want to do some light riding & would love do trail ride. In exchange perhaps I could help out at the barn when I am there or possibly pay the farrier bill or something. I live in Union County & my horse is in Hunterdon County so I would be willing to drive an hour or so from either place. If anyone has something that may suit me, you can email me at barnbrat1074@yahoo.com b/c I don't really check this website too much & I'd rather email privately.
