Aquatic Horse Rehabilitation Facility Wanted

In need of an aquatic horse rehabilitation facility. Looking for a facility in or near Hunterdon County or Somerset County. My neighbor asked me if I knew of a place in the area that had a pool. Her TB Mare suffered a leg injury 3 months ago. She wants to swim the mare before returning her back to ground training. Any suggestions for a facility will be greatly appreciated.
