YES - be careful because there are MANY MANY wonderful TB off the track with not a thing wrong with them and wonderful dispositions that I would buy any day over a ranch horse...

It all depends what you want to do with these horses..each breed suits certain needs better... and although this state is expensive...you have some of the best riders and trainers here producing some of the best horses... not to mention, even if you buy a horse out west for 400 by the time you ship it, you could have gotten one here for 1500... its all relative
