I have to be real careful when writing this; the barn in question might visit this site and I am not looking to gossip just help a horse....What should be done with a facility (a nice barn) that keeps using a dead lame horse for lessons? Is there any one to report this to? Should I? I am being told to mind my own business -I try but it is hard to watch.
