Thats the thing - She didnt pay any bills (at least any of my bills) - She was supposed to run the farm herself AND MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY and just pay me enough for my monthly overhead (and she did do that for a short while). After all, where do you think "Beth" came from? She didnt fall out of the sky - Beth was one of Joannes original boarders.

Where was I? I was completely out of the picture minding my own business like i said i would until she subleased the place to MATT without giving me the opportunity to meet him/ review his credit report/ ask him important questions before i let him move into my house and run my farm. What would i have asked? How about "DO YOU HAVE 11 DOGS & 6 CATS & 2 BIRDS THAT MIGHT TOTALLY DESTROY MY HOUSE?" or maybe even "DO YOU HAVE INTENTIONS OF BREAKING INTO MY GARAGE AND GIVING YOUR 4 KIDS FULL ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL ITEMS?" and things of that nature.

So why did she do it? Because MATT was paying her $1300 per month more than she was paying me and that was easy money for her. I dont care that she made money - god bless anyone who makes a buck - The problem is neither Joann OR MATT did any maintenance to the property and in the end, i get stuck coming out of pocket approximately 10K to get the property back into its original good condition and i never saw 1 stinkin dollar of profit. (and that 10K doesnt include any of the new fencing im putting up - we all know how expensive that is)

Please also note that "old man she owes money for hay" thing is true. The landscaper she stiffed is true also. Its not like she was gonna be a saint to every one else and just screw me.. im not alone - I just got it the worst. Dont believe me? Ill get their phone numbers and post them so you can ask him yourself. (I would have to get their permission to do so as well, but i highly doubt either of them would mind)

So i ask her to vacate to premises (Get her random possessions out of there and remove her 3 horses) and what do i get as a response? - READ HER ORIGINAL POST.

Now, Ill be the first to agree that when you meet Joann, she is "very nice". However, let your guard down and this woman will take advantage of you in every way possible.

*Notice Joanne's contact info reflects an address of 227 West St in Closter NJ? Well guess what - she doesnt live there - I OWN THAT HOUSE TOO! Go ahead and look it up. She has problems with compulsive lying... Truth is ive never done ANYTING WRONG to Joann and she KNOWS IT! - Still she wants to spite me for protecting myself from any future abuse.

Now, please tell me what doesnt make sense (try to be specific if possible) and i will gladly clarify when i return next.
