I don't understand something.....if this Joann managed the farm, stuck the hay guy and others, sub leased the property to others with out the owners permission, what makes the owner (Jason) the bad guy? Do you think a landlord should put up with this nonsense? It is afterall HIS investment and reputation even though ultimately Joann managed the business.

Now for Joann to be putting down a farm she used to manage is just plain stupid even if it is to get back at the owner. She's killed both of their potential businesses IMHO.
