Western Saddle D-Ring question

Hi,I am hoping someone out there can help me. I just bought my daughters each Tex Tan show saddles and bought matching breastplates, however, there are no d-rings on their saddles. Is this something I can add on? One saddle has a screw where the d-ring would go and the other only has a concho w/ saddle strings. Is there a saddle maker or tack shop in Northern NJ that anyone knows of that can add these on?? I'd rather not do it myself, fearing I may screw something up. Thanks for your time.
