Small event type course

I am planning on building a small event course on my farm. I have almost 75 acres w/ woods and great trails and also a stream. I am planning on doing this for my own use, but wondered if there would be any intrest in anyone else in the So. Jersey(Cumberland,Salem, Glo. Co.area) who would be interested in using it for a small fee. I do have insurance in place for this sort of thing, so that is already covered. I do have quite a few ideas for fences, but would love to hear what other people would like to see on a small training course.
