Jumper for half lease

I have a very talented 16h A circut Thoroughbred jumper i am putting up for half lease to the right person only. Three times a week for $350 a month. He is eleven, has been shown all over the east coast from West Palm Beach to New York and alot of places in between. From the 3'3 to 3'6 to 4' divisions. He placed 5th out of nearly 60 horses at the Princeton Jumper Classic, also at Hits Catskills in 2004 where he placed 5th twice out of about 40. He is a very well-rounded horse, a really nice ride, amazing jumper has done some cross country as well as dressage, but needs atleast an intermediate/experienced rider as he can be high spirited.
