Hunter over Fences wanted to buy or lease to lesson program

Hi, We have a wonderful, structured lesson program and excellent care at our farm. We are looking for a showable hunter for our lesson program. We have a limited budget, so it would be great to lease a nice horse for a few years from a college student, etc. The horse needs to be forgiving, kind, able to jump 2'6, be able to be shown, and not spooky. I am looking for a horse for advanced beginners and intermediate riders. If anyone has or knows of a horse for sale or lease that would fit this criteria, let me know. Thank you. 201-306-8061.
